Firm Adam Szczurowski i Syn (Adam Szczurowski & Son) it is a family run business, established in 1997. It is based on managing development of commercial real estate and renting commercial space. In 1999 first part of commercial building was finished and given for use. In 2002 second part was finished it was a new addition to the building. In 2003 restaurant was opened, it's main purpose is to serve food for all people working there. This restaurant offered in 2004 food package programs which include breakfast and diner, on daily basis it serves approximately 300 meals.

New exterior elevation is planed to be installed from stone in 2007/2008.
